Anyone know if this is mosaic virus?

It's hard to get a picture of it. This was the only angle I could see the pattern, the actual color of the leaf is a lot more pale, almost yellow... similar to the ones in the background, just a little darker.

The general health of the plant has declined. Recently did a repot and the roots seemed fine, nothing rotting, lots of strong white roots. I use a super chunky mix, and last month it got fertilizer twice with 20-20-20.
